I want you to be satisfied with your purchases from BirchTreeJewelry.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 15 days of the order shipment date. Please notify me if you need to return an order via email: info@birchtreejewelry.com. Postage is not refundable and the jewelry will not be accepted for return if it has been damaged or shows signs that it has been worn by the customer.

e-mail info@birchtreejewelry.com. Возврат заказа принимается не позднее 20 дней со дня оплаты. Стоимость почтовых расходов не возвращается. Возврат заказа не принимается и деньги не возвращаются, если бижутерия повреждена или ее носил покупатель.
